Description: Collection of (33) curling related pins on hat with display stand (Overall EX) Cloth hat has a total of (33) pins attached which relate to curling. Most were issued by various curling clubs and/or teams and it appears that the bulk are are from Canada with a few mixed in from the States. Nearly all appear vintage and while it is not possible to date the pins definitively (years incorporated into most designs are those in which the clubs were founded, not when the pins were issued) we would estimate that the bulk are from the 1940s and 50s with potentially some earlier and some later. An additional decorative pin on one side includes a metal deer/elk accented by what appear to be real feathers/fur. Varying degrees of light to moderate wear throughout: Overall EXFinal Bid: $161.00
