Description: 1923 Cuban League Champion Santa Clara team collage negative - Charleston, Mendez, etc (see description) Oversized 8"x10" photographic negative has been pieced together to form a collage image of members of the noted Cuban baseball team. Those shown incl. Oscar Charleston, Jose Mendez, Alejandro Olms, and others. It is unclear when this piece was put together or when the negatives themselves date to but it is likely that all are more modern. Includes a printed version of the image which can be produced. Also included are what appear to be a number of 35mm negatives showing various Cuban players. The images themselves likely date to a later period (50s-60s) but this can not be confirmed: see descriptionFinal Bid: $10.00
