Shield shaped wooden placard has affixed metal "Honorary Lifetime Membership" card at top with the name "Johnny Logan" in the "Issued To" line. A metal plate below bears related text and the date April 21, 1976. A figural batter is mounted at the bottom. Measures approx. 10.5"x16" with a touch of light wear.
