EX-NM) Includes Fritzie Zivic signed and inscribed 5"x8" photo; Lew Tendler handwritten and signed note dated 1941 on back of Tendler's Restaurant postcard; Mickey Walker signed and personalized "Walker's Saloon" postcard. Two section postcard with halves separated from each. The separation runs through the personalization but does not have effect no signature itself; 1941 Billy Soose Testimonial Dinner program signed on the cover by Soose and his Manager Paul Moss; Miami Beach "5 O'Clock Club" oversized postcard which opens to show advertisement.
