See a Picture of this Item 1 Red Grange children's doll c.1930's. Without question the offered example is the finest that we have encountered featuring all original composition head lacking the normal paint flaking and surface damage that is often found on this doll. Body retains original red linen uniform with #77 on front and lace up gold football pants. Composition hands are intact and clean, original black cleats remain intact as well with all cleats on soles present. Sterling Doll Co. stamped on back of neck, doll also retains original white felt football helmet with chin strap. This particular example took the second place ribbon in the 1992 United Federation of Doll Clubs Annual Exhibit and also includes a glass display cabinet: 30" total length: EX-MT ($1,500.00-$2,000.00) $3,300.00

Sign measures 14"x22" matted and framed featuring a large image of Grange with photographic quality facial features. Wording also denotes Wrigley Field as the home of the Bears, very clean overall with two small creases at right border and a small puncture mark on Grange's left shoe. While "visibly" intact the overall condition is quite poor having several large tears which have been reinforced with tape on reverse. Blank area remains at top of sign where theater listing would have been printed.
