Model W215 stamped on knob end and "8" written in black marker. According to family provenance the bat was last used on October 12, 1967 at Fenway Park during the last game of the 1967 World Series. After the game the bat was given to Hugh J. Fitzpatrick who was with the Fenway Park security detail and along with members of the Boston Police Dept. was able to be in the clubhouse after the game. It was at this point where Yastrzemski reportedly gave the bat to Mr. Fitzpatrick.
