Description: 1927 New York Yankees team auto. baseball. Toned and clear coated B.Johnson AL ball signed by (24) players incl. Ruth (clubhouse), Gehrig, Pennock, Combs, Lazzeri, Hoyt, Meusel, and Shawkey. Sigs range from 7-9 out of 10, obtained at the 1927 World Series and later presented to a favorite employee of the orig. recipient in January of 1928 and has "1928" written on the ball in period ink. Without question one of the finest 1927 Yankee balls that we've handled with the obvious caveat that the Ruth signature is clubhouse signed.
