Description: ***UPDATED DESCRIPTION*** Michael Jordan autographed 1997 NBA Playoffs stadium banner. Large 23"x 46" vinyl banner was displayed at the United Center in Chicago during the 1997 NBA Playoffs. The banner features the NBA playoffs logo and titling in red/white against a blue background. The banner exhibits some minor surface wear along with some light fold lines with retaining its original brass grommets at the border area. The 1997 NBA Playoffs are largely remembered for Michael Jordan's remarkable performance in the Finals against the Utah Jazz while suffering with a severe case of the flu. Jordan rose to the occasion and battled through the illness to capture another NBA Finals MVP award. Signed in the background area, "Michael Jordan 1997 NBA Finals MVP".
