Back of the shirt has "Parish" in white lettering with #00. Champion manufacturer's tagging remains affixed to the tail front along with "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Boston Celtics" tag with +3 length notation. The jersey shows evident use and wash wear retaining an original memorial black armband at the top left shoulder area in honor of longtime Celtics announcer Johnny Most. Parish was an integral part of the Celtics glory years during the 1980s and was inducted into the National Basketball Hall of Fame in 2003.
