Description: Kevin McHale Boston Celtics professional model warm up jacket c.1982-83. White knit snap front jacket features "Celtics" team name lettering across the front in green on gold with matching clover leaf patches on both sleeves. Nameplate area on the reverse shows a shadow where, presumably, the "McHale" plate was once attached with velcro strips. Medalist/Sand Knit tagging appears on the interior tail front (pre-1984 MacGregor merger) along with "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Boston Celtics" tagging and "32" strip tag. Jacket exhibits evident use and wash wear while retaining a fine general appearance with rich original colors. Handsome display piece with relation to one of the all time great Celtic players. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions and letter of provenance from the original recipient: EX
