Description: 1931 Cincinnati Baseball Old Timers Reunion broadsides and related correspondence. Includes (2) original 10 1/2"x13 1/2" thin stock cardboard broadsides as issued to promote a historic gathering of former Major League players at Cincinnati's Redland Field on September 5, 1931. The players are listed on the front including Cy Young, Dummy Hoy, Mordecai Brown, Branch Rickey, Buck Herzog, and Eddie Boyle himself. Both broadsides have some mailing fold lines with one also having some damage to the bottom left corner area. The lots also includes a grouping of typewritten letters sent to Boyle with regard to the reunion game. Includes letter of provenance from the Boyle family: Range GD-EX
