Description: Lot of (4) Connie Mack telegramsc.1896. Archivally matted and framed display features four original Western Union telegrams sent to Ed Boyle from Connie Mack who was with the Pittsburgh Allegheny's club at the time. The content of each telegram relates to the assignment of Ed Boyle to either Toronto or Albany. One of the telegrams is dated 8/7/1896 and has been secretarially signed, "C.Mack" at the bottom in black ink. Each telegram has some period tape repair residue to the fold lines with some edge losses to two of the telegrams. Includes letter of provenance from the Boyle family: Range GD-VG/EX
