Description: Rare February 2, 1896 Charles Comiskey autographed handwritten letter. One page (front and back) handwritten letter was sent by Comiskey to Eddie Boyle with regard to playing for the St. Paul Saints. Letter text and signature remain fairly bold ranging from 7-9 out of 10. Includes its original envelope as hand addressed by Comiskey. Very rare 19th century exemplar of the "Old Roman" . Includes LOA from JSA and letter of provenance from the Boyle family: Letter: GD, Signature: EX-MT (with note to tape)
