Description: Rare December 12, 1894 Charles Comiskey autographed handwritten letter.One page handwritten letter was sent by Comiskey to Eddie Boyle with regard to playing for the St. Paul Saints. The content instructs Boyle to send his "lowest terms" to Comiskey in order to play for the Saints. Signed beautifully in black ink at the bottom, "Yours Truly Chas. Comiskey". The letter itself has four tape residue stains on the front along with some tape repair/separation at the fold lines. Letter text and signature remain very bold rating 9/10 out of 10. Includes its original envelope as hand addressed by Comiskey. Very rare 19th century exemplar of the "Old Roman". Includes LOA from JSA and letter of provenance from the Boyle family: Letter: GD-VG, Signature: NM/MT-MT
