Description: Lot of vintage Negro League paper ephemera with relation to the Havana LaPalomas c.1940s. Includes five 8 1/2"x11" double sided paper broadsides advertising numerous games between the LaPalomas and various opponents to include: Harlem Globe Trotters, Lexington Hustlers, and Worthington Cubs. Player and team images are found on all posters including Andres Mesa, Coc Ferrer, and Ramiro Ramirez: Range GD/VG-EX. The lot also includes four Havana LaPalomas souvenir booklets. Two of the booklets list the Cincinnati Crescents as the opponent whose star player was Luke Easter: EX. Includes letter of provenance from the Mitchell family.
