Embroidered Mets 25th Anniversary patch appears on left sleeve. Sisk's name is stitched on nameplate on back. Goodman & Sons tagging is stitched on front tail with adjacent strip tag embroidered "Set P '86". Sisk has signed the front in blue sharpie with added notation "1986 World Champs".
