Embroidered Blue Jays 25th Anniversary patch appears on left sleeve and MLB 100th Anniversary patch appears on opposite sleeve. Wells' name is stitched on back under American flag patch on back of collar. Majestic tagging is stitched on front tail with attached flag tag noting size "48". Strip tag in the color reads "10 01 S2". Wells has signed the front in blue sharpie. Signature rates 9 out of 10. Shirt exhibits moderate usage wear and retains superb display quality.
