Black and white home jersey manufactured by Koho features Flyers logo on the front with Gagne's number "12" stitched on both sleeves and back. Gagne's last name is stitched on the back in blue lettering. Embroidered Koho patch appears on back of collar and NHL shield is embroidered on back tail. A "made in Canada" tag in the collar notes size "58". Exclusive Air-Knit tag appears on the interior side seam. On the inside back tail is a NHL/Mei Gray Group tag reading "NHL Game-Worn Jersey 2002-2003 Season" with serial number "A02916".
