Description: Pair of original 1912 Jim Thorpe photographs. Both 5"x7" photographs show the legendary multi-sport star throwing a javelin. Thorpe appears to be wearing a Carlisle track and field uniform and several spectators appear in the background. The backs are stamped by Culver Pictures and feature additional markings including titling and 1912 dating in pencil. Both backs also feature modern stickers with bar codes for cataloguing. Fronts show several editor's markings: VG-EX
