Very fine early sepia tone image of Connie Mack standing on the field at Philadelphia's Shibe Park with rolls of sod visible in the background. The image measures 4 1/2"x6 1/2" and was likely taken as Shibe Park was preparing to open in 1909. The reverse is stamped by Bain and Culver Service along with a period handwritten dating of 1909: EX
