Description: Set of (11) 1912 World Series original photographs with possible attribution to George Grantham Bain. Exceptional set of eleven original photographs taken during the 1912 World Series between the New York Giants and Boston Red Sox. Images range from 3"x4" to 3 1/2"x4 1/2" many of which are titled at the top (within the image) in the manner of markings by George Grantham Bain. Subjects include Joe Wood warming up before the crowd; full game scene with bases loaded and Snodgrass at bat; exterior view of Fenway Park; Tris Speaker; and several interior game scene views at Fenway Park.
