Description: San Diego Chargers professional model football helmet c.1972-73. Classic white helmet with yellow/blue lightning bolt decals on both side panels features #81 decals on both sides (one side is missing the "1"). Marked Riddell Kra-Lite on the reverse with interior suspension padding largely intact. Missing its original facemask with the helmet exterior showing heavy usage wear inclusive of scuffing. Uncommon and desirable early franchise style helmet. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions and letter of provenance from Don Biernat: VG
