Description: Lot of (4) commemorative silver bowls presented to Monte Irvin. Includes set of three nested silver plated bowls presented to Monte Irvin by the National Father’s Day Committee in 1973. The largest bowl is engraved with titling that includes “Father of The Year Award to Monte Irvin For His Dedication to The Highest Ideals of Fatherhood”. Additional silver plated bowl is engraved “Presented to Monte Irvin on The Occasion of His Election Into The Baseball Hall of Fame From His Fellow Members Men of Essex May 16, 1973.” Includes letter of provenance from Monte Irvin: NM-MT
