Description: Gabby Hartnett Kren’s Special professional model bat c. 1925. Krens model I13GH measures 34” long and weighs 38.4oz. Bat remains uncracked and shows evidence of use including slight checking from repeated ball contact on the back barrel and numerous ball marks throughout the barrel. The knob end shows a circular lathe mark. Hartnett bats are among the more difficult pre-war Hall of Famer bats to find with this Kren’s Special model dating from the early part of his illustrious career. The bat possesses excellent display quality due to its fine finish, quality wood and pronounced markings: Includes LOA from PSA/DNA (GU8)
