Description: Lot of (2) Whitey Ford award plaques to include: 1959 "Our Lady of Grace Parish" plaque presented to Ford for his aid to the boys baseball program. 14" tall mahogany plaque is signed across the front by Ford in black sharpie: EX and 1955 "Maryland Professional Baseball Players Association Outstanding Player Award". 13" tall mahogany plaque with inscribed brass placard "To Edward C. Ford". Signed across the front by Ford in black sharpie. Placard is missing one tiny brass screw: VG-EX. Includes LOA from JSA and two individual letters of provenance from Whitey Ford.
