Description: Tony Kubek 1961 All-Star Game professional model baseball bat. Adirondack model 302 bat measuring 35" long and weighing 32oz. was issued to Kubek for the All-Star Game double header. Despite two years of mixed reactions from the fans, the League decided to maintain the two game format for 1961 splitting the games between two of the most popular ballparks: Candlestick and Fenway. Model #114A is stamped on the knob end with special white lettering, "1961 All Stars" and KubekÆs facsimile signature stamped on the barrel. The bat shows light use, typical of an All-Star bat and has been signed by Kubek on the barrel end in dark blue sharpie.
