Description: Bill Mazeroski professional model baseball bat c.1956-60. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 34" long and weighs 31.8oz. The bat has excellent overall use including ball marks, stitching impressions, grain swelling, and cleat marks. Model #D89 is stamped on the knob end along with a faded vintage "9" in black marker. The offered bat was obtained directly from Mazeroski by the stadium security employee and dates to the era in which he connected for his famed 1960 World Series Game #7 home run. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions and letter of provenance from the family of the original recipient: EX-EX/MT
