Seiko stainless steel watch presented to Eleanor Gehrig on 4/15/1976 in honor of the re-opening of the newly renovated Yankee Stadium. The watch features a blue Yankees logo on a silver dial; the back of the watch is inscribed "Mrs. Lou Gehrig". Over 52,000 fans attended the game and ceremonies with 1923 Opening Day pitcher Bob Shawkey throwing out the first pitch.
