Description: Pair of Thurman Munson "MVP 1976" Louisville Slugger model baseball bats. Lot of two identical Louisville Slugger 125 professional model bats each measuring 35" long and weighing approx. 32.5oz. The barrel of both bats is stamped "American League Thurman Munson MVP 1976". The bats exhibit light surface wear with no evident game use (although one bat does seem to have several bat racks marks) and were likely created by Hillerich & Bradsby for Munson in commemoration of his 1976 AL MVP award. Includes two individual letters of provenance from Diana Munson: NM
