The game was played at Baltimore's Memorial Stadium and has been signed by several notable players from the game including Reggie Jackson, Sal Bando (hit game winning HR and is notated as such by Kuhn on the ball), Vida Blue (winning pitcher), Al Dark, Dave McNally, and Earl Weaver. "First Ball Thrown by BKK" is written in ink on a side panel by Commissioner Kuhn. Includes LOA from JSA and letter of provenance from the Kuhn family: NM
