Raised stamp of "Signal Corps U.S. Army" appears at the bottom right: EX; 1907 Chicago Cubs souvenir program (has a partial horizontal tear): GD; and a unique 1970 Honorary Membership Certificate issued to Bowie Kuhn for the New York Baseball Hot Stove League: EX. Includes letter of provenance from the Kuhn family.
