Description: Baltimore Orioles road jersey c.1952. Rare grey flannel jersey retains its original "Orioles" team name across the front with #42 on the back. "Jim Delsing" is chain stitched onto a strip tag inside the collar along with Rawlings tag and size 42 tag. "52" year designation is chain stitched onto the tail front. The shirt exhibits evident use with repairs to several holes (one is sizeable) on the back of the shoulder area. Two buttons have also been replaced and there is a small surface hole near the top button. 1950s era Orioles jerseys are notably rare with the offered shirt also possessing Jackie Robinson's retired number 42.
