Description: Rare 1912 Ty Cobb L1 leather premium. Superb example of this very scarce leather premium remaining very clean with strong original patina. The central image of Cobb is particularly crisp with only slight surface wear to a few areas. The background area of the leather has some very minor surface wear including a few surface spots and a tiny corner chip at the top left. The top left and right corner sections each have a minute pinhole, which are barely visible unless very closely inspected and are mentioned for accuracy only. One of the finest examples of this very tough leather premium that we have seen offered at auction: EX-MT
