Description: Lou Gehrig, et al. autographed baseball from the 1926 National League Golden Jubilee Celebration along with its original presentational box. Lt. toned Heydler NL ball with applied circular decals picturing previous National League Presidents and signed by (6) players. Signatures include L.Gehrig, C.Mack, K.Landis, E.Walsh, W.Hoyt, and A.McGinley. Sigs range from 3-8 out of 10. Ball is also inscribed as having been given out as a prize in 1926. The ball includes its original lidded presentational box which once held the offered baseball and its counterpart (see Lot 334). Box remains intact with some adhesive reinforcement at several joints.
