Description: Original lineup card from October 17, 2005 Cardinals vs. Astros NLCS Game #5. Original lineup card used in the classic Game #5 of the 2005 NLCS between the Cardinals and Astros. The game was highlighted by a dramatic ninth inning three run home run by Albert Pujols after the Astros had been just one strike away from the World Series. Although the Astros would eventually win the series, the Pujols home run was without question the most memorable event. Signed on the front by (13) Cardinals players incl.
