Description: Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers warm up jacket attributed to Gil Hodges c.1950s-60s. Dodger blue satin warm up jacket with tackle twill team name across the front and "14" at the end of both sleeves. Exhibits strong overall use incl. wash wear and surface wear to the leather lining on the pockets. Zipper front jacket is missing its mfg. tagging in the collar area. Based on similar known examples we believe this, jacket to date to the mid to late 1950s based on the placement of the uniform numbers at the bottom of the sleeves.
