Description: Heubach German bisque porcelain baseball figurine c.1880s. Batter figurine stands 9" tall with hand painted uncommon lavender color uniform. Very clean example remains in all original condition with a small age fissure (from the original firing) at the back of the left ankle area. German manufacturer stampings "Gesetzlich-Geschuetzt" appear under the base. The bat has been replaced: NM
