Hard bound cover has an impressed gilt title and "Johnny Unitas" monogram at the bottom. A portion of the proceeds from this lot will be donated to the American Heart Association and the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Educational Foundation, Inc. in memory of Dorothy and Johnny Unitas.
