Description: P.Lorillard & Co. tobacco display cabinet c.1890-1900. Ornately appointed Victorian walnut cabinet advertising P.Lorillard & Co. tobacco products retains its original glass doors and tooled metal hardware. Pediment top features dental molding around the front and both side panels. Overall appearance is superb with fine original surface and inlaid "P.Lorillard & Co. 1760-1883" advertising across the center door moullions. Cabinets such as these once occupied prominent placements in various shops of the period displaying tobacco related wares. Very stylish and functional piece of tobacco related furniture that displays period sporting objects in an impressive fashion. 31" wide, 32" tall, 12" deep: EX.
