Description: **UPDATED DESCRIPTION: Rare baseball children's doll c.1900-10. Very fine quality jointed composition doll retains its original flannel uniform including pill box style hat. Hand painted porcelain head exhibits beautiful attention to detail. Original hand painted baseball remains affixed to the player's left hand. Overall condition of the doll remains outstanding with only minor wear to the back of the uniform incl. a few small holes from handling.
