Handwritten letter on Nap Lajoie stationary sent to Jack McGrath at Hillerich & Bradsby Co. thanking him for a group of bats that had been sent to Lajoie. Boldly signed in blue ink, "Thanks again, Yours Sincerely, Napoleon Lajoie". Signature rates 9/10 out of 10. The letter itself remains very clean with light original mailing fold lines. Uncommon inaugural HOF member auto. letter with impeccable primary source provenance. Includes LOA from James Spence Authentication and letter of provenance from the Hillerich & Bradsby Co.:
