Description: Scarce Raymond Brown auto. album page. Offered is a very fine signed album page from 2006 Hall of Fame inductee Raymond Brown. Raymond Brown's autograph is beautifully signed on a full page, "Raymond Brown-P. Homestead Grays" with a date of July 4, 1934. Brown was one of the most feared pitchers in Negro League history with an all time best .771 winning percentage. He died in 1968 and was elected to the Hall of Fame this past year in 2006. This example is the first that we have encountered and is one of only a scant few documented to date. The page originated from the album as offered in lot 419 and is being sold separately due to its significance. Includes LOA from James Spence Authentication: EX-MT
