Description: Archive of vintage materials with relation to Joe Ezar c.1930s. Known as the "Clown Prince of Golf", Joe Ezar was famous for his mastery of entertaining golf tricks. His various stunts included hitting a ball in the air or out of the hand of a lovely female assistant. The archive includes a rare vintage broadside advertising an appearance by Ezar (9"x10"), Joe Ezar promotional pamphlet endorsing H&B golf clubs, original artwork from a Joe Ezar ad design, numerous vintage photographs including several beautiful action shots, and a series of sequential 5"x7" images including detailed grip photographs. Includes letter of provenance from Hillerich & Bradsby Co.: Range VG-NM
