Description: Unique autographed baseball signed by Babe Ruth, Gene Sarazen, and Bobby Jones c.1936. Lt. toned Simmons "Major League" baseball signed by (8) notable athletes and celebrities of the period. Babe Ruth has boldly signed on a side panel with an amazing display of Bobby Jones and Gene Sarazen on the opposite side panel. Other signatures include Glenna Collett Vare (one of the finest women golfers in history), Dizzy Dean, Billie Burke (actress), Lawson Little (fine golfer of the era), and one other unidentified signature (under Babe Ruth). Interestingly, famed cartoonist Billy DeBeck has also signed a side panel with an original caricature of Barney Google, which he created. Signatures range from 4-7 out of 10 with Ruth displaying very nicely opposite the highly desirable and likely unique combination of Jones and Sarazen.
