Description: Joe DiMaggio 1977 New York Yankees World Series ring. Original ring presented to Joe DiMaggio for the 1977 Yankees World Championship. Top of the ring features "NY" logo on a blue field with (19) inset diamonds. "Yankees World Champions" raised lettering encircles the NY logo. One side panel has "DiMaggio" nameplate with Yankees logo and 21st World Championship designation. The other side panel has "1977" date with a World Series trophy replica. Interior ring band is impressed with "LGB 14K". The 1977 series was the first Yankee Championship since 1962 and will be forever remembered for Reggie Jackson's legendary performance hitting three home runs in one game.
