Description: Joe DiMaggio and Marilyn Monroe Divorce Summons. Original October 5, 1954 divorce summons delivered to Joe DiMaggio on behalf of Marilyn Monroe. The papers were issued by Monroe's attorney Jerry Geisler and list the plaintiff as "Norma Jeane DiMaggio". The papers ask for an "action of divorce" stating that "each of the parties is self supporting" and that "there is no community property".
