Description: Joe DiMaggio's personal monogrammed china set c.1950s. Complete service for (12) porcelain china set has gilt decoration and "JDM" monogram on each piece. Notably complete set includes (12) 10 1/2" dinner plates, 12" covered vegetable dish, 11" open vegetable dish, gravy boat, 13" platter, 18" platter, sugar and creamer, (12) 8" luncheon plates, (12) cup and saucer sets, (12) 5 1/2" bowls, and (12) 6" dessert plates. The china is marked "Noritake China Japan" on the bottom in the "Gwendolyn" pattern. Very clean overall condition with very minor age and usage wear.
