Description: Lot of (2) July 6, 1941 Lou Gehrig Memorial photographs. Lot of two poignant sepia tone images taken during the dedication of a monument to Lou Gehrig at Yankee Stadium. A group of Yankee players and dignitaries watch with sorrow incl. Eleanor Gehrig, Bill Dickey, Joe McCarthy, and NY Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia.
