Description: Rare Ed Barrow handwritten letter as sent to Joe DiMaggio. One page letter written in blue fountain pen on Barrow's personal stationary congratulating DiMaggio on his new TV position remarking, "àyou have old Dizzy beaten a hundred waysà.". Signed at the bottom, "Ed Barrow". Barrow may deserve more credit then any other individual for the success of the New York Yankees franchise. His career accomplishments include the discovery of Honus Wagner in 1896 and forming a Yankees organization that captured 10 World Championships under his watch.
