Description: Joe DiMaggio related scrapbook c.1930s-40s. Vintage scrapbook with tooled leather cover in a mahogany red is impressed on the front with gilt initials "J DiM" and dating of "1936-37". Overall size is an impressive 18"x20". Scrapbook includes various news articles and photos with numerous oversized illustrations. The scrapbook also contains a fine original 8"x10" sepia tone image of DiMaggio batting for the Seals c.1933. Some of the photos/articles have toned from adhesive absorption: Range VG-EX/MT
